We'll cover the basics of nutrition and help you understand how to eat for optimal health. We'll also explore the importance of hydration, sleep, and exercise and help you develop a holistic approach to your physical well-being.

  • Module 3: Cleansing Your System for Lasting Health In this module, we'll explore the importance of cleansing your system for lasting health. We'll cover the basics of detoxification and help you understand how to support your body's natural detoxification processes. We'll also explore the benefits of fasting and help you develop a safe and effective fasting practice.
